Why is everything labeld as pre-order?
All of my products are handmade by me. I do not hold a stock of everything.
This means I make everything fresh for you.
All pre-order items have a max wait time of 3 weeks. Shipping time is not included in this 3 weeks.
When will my order ship?
Do you offer tracking for your shipments?
Yes, all orders will be sent out with a tracking number.
EXCEPT for sticker only orders. They will be sent via letter mail.
Can you edit the customs declaration, so that I don't have to pay fees?
No, this is not possible.
This would be mail-fraud and is nothing I offer.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact me ASAP to change your address. I can't do anything if the product has already been shipped.
