All mail is shipped with DHL from Germany.
A tracking number will be provided for each and every shop order. EXCEPT for Sticker only orders.
The buyer is responsible for your address. I will not held responsible if a shipment could not be delivered because of a wrong address.
The buyer is also responsible to pay all customs and duty fees that apply to your countries law. I cannot guarantee you that you will not have to pay them.
Shipping
All sales are final. As such, no refunds, exchanges, or returns are allowed.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped but you must contact me for that.

If a shipment has been returned to me because of a shipping error you would need to pay additional shipping if you want to re-ship your order.
Returns & Refunds
You can cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please contact me with your order number in order to cancel an order.
